Now the situation in Tehri is slightly changed. Villagers have been released from the Jail on 12^th Jan. They met Govt. official in Dehradun on 15^th Jan. Govt. again promised them to speed-up the process of finding and giving the land to oustees. Particularly these villagers get promised.

Satyagrah is continue by Bhumidhar Sangthan at Stashwer Temple. These Satyagrahies also met Govt. official in Dehradun. Infect Govt. called them. Nothing has happened.

In the Supreme Court final hearing will start from 24 Jan. onwards.
