आप
जानते ही होंगे कि नीति घाटी में आई 7 फरवरी,
2021 की आपदा में बांध के कारण ही ज्यादा
आपदा में वृद्धि हुई है। लोगों की हत्या का कारण ऋषि गंगा व तपोवन विष्णुगाड बांध
ही है। यह बात दीगर है।
उत्तराखंड की आर्थिकी के स्त्रोत में चार धाम यात्रा प्रमुख है।
मीडिया
में 7 फरवरी से नीति घाटी से आई आपदा की रिपोर्टिंग
में शुरू में बहुत जगह बद्रीनाथ घाटी कहा गया है, जो कि ऐसा नहीं है। बद्रीनाथ धाम
यात्रा मार्ग पर इस आपदा का कोई असर नहीं है। बद्रीनाथ जी तक का रास्ता पूरी तरह
से साफ है। सड़क चौड़ी होने की प्रक्रिया में है। कहीं कहीं पर अगर काम रुकता है तो रास्ते जल्दी ही खुल भी जाते
हैं।
गंगोत्री-यमुनोत्री-
केदारनाथ सहित बद्रीनाथ यात्रा मार्ग पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हैं। उम्मीद है कि सड़कों
की कुछ रुकावटें अभी कपाट खुलने तक। जो कि यात्रा शुरू होने तक ठीक हो जाएंगी।
इसलिए
इस आपदा का यात्रा से कहीं कोई या अन्य किसी भी तरह की पर्यटन गतिविधि से कोई लेना
देना नहीं है। मात्र और मात्र "नीति पास" का कुछ हिस्सा जरूर प्रभावित
हुआ है।
हम
सरकारों के साथ देश के तमाम संगठनों से भी यह अपील करते हैं कि वह यह बात बहुत
ताकत से फेसबुक, टि्वटर व अन्य सोशल मीडिया तथा तमाम तरह के
प्रचार साधनों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए यह बताएं कि यात्री बिना किसी हिचक के चार धाम
की यात्रा के लिए उत्तराखंड आ सकते हैं। उनका धर्म लाभ उनकी आस्था उत्तराखंड के आम
लोगों की आर्थिकी को भी मजबूत करेगी।
साथ ही हम:-
1-हम सभी मीडिया संस्थानों से भी अपील करते हैं
कि वे अपने स्थानीय प्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से चार धाम यात्रा के बारे में उत्पन्न
हो रही भ्रांतियों को दूर करवाएं।
2-केंद्र व राज्य सरकारें सभी मीडिया संस्थानों
पर अपीले जारी करें। इस बारे में विज्ञापन और बयान दें।
3-
सभी विधायक व सांसद अपनी शक्तियों का
उपयोग करते हुए देशभर के अपने सहयोगी सांसदों के माध्यम से उनके क्षेत्रों में भी
यह बात पहुंचाएं।
इस
और बहुत गंभीरता से ध्यान देना होगा। अन्यथा 2013
की आपदा के बाद फिर 2015 में
एक और आपदा और फिर लॉकडाउन में यात्रा बंद रही। इन सब परेशानियों को झेलने के बाद
कहीं फिर से उत्तराखंड के लोगों को पुनः वह परिस्थिति
देखने पर मजबूर ना होना पड़े।

You
may be aware that the February 7, 2021 disaster in Niti Valley increased due to
the presence of dams. The presence of
Rishi Ganga Hydro Power Project
and Tapovan Vishnugad Dam in the valley are the reasons for people’s
death. This is strange.
The
Char Dham Yatra is prominent in the economy of Uttarakhand.
Badrinath Valley has been called very early in
the media in reporting the disaster that came from Niti Valley on February 7,
which is not the case. There is no impact of this disaster on the Badrinath
Dham Yatra route. The path up to Badrinath is completely clear. The road is in
the process of widening. If work stops somewhere, then the roads also open
soon.
Therefore,
this disaster has nothing to do with yatra or any other kind of tourism
activity. Only a part of the "Niti pass" has been affected.
We,
along with the governments, appeal to all the organizations of the country to
promote this very vigorously using Facebook, Twitter and other social media and
all kinds of promotional tools that the pilgrim can visit Uttarakhand for Char Dham yatra without any hesitation. Their
faith will benefit them and will also strengthen the economy of common people
of Uttarakhand.

we:
1-We
also appeal to all media institutions to clear the misconceptions arising about
the Char Dham Yatra through their local representatives.
2-
Central and state governments should issue appeals on all media institutions.
Advertise and make a statement about this.
3-
All MPs and MLAs should convey this information across the country with the
cooperation of their fellow MPs and MLAs.
This
has to be given more serious attention. After the 2013 disaster, another
disaster in 2015, and then in lockdown, the yatra stopped. After facing all
these troubles, the people of Uttarakhand will not be forced to see the same
situation again.
